Lien dorm

My D will be on the second floor of Lien. Can anyone comment on this dorm, room layout, closet space, shelving, etc. Is this floor substance free?
Thanks for any help!

Lien House is great. The first floor is a substace-free floor, not Lien-2. The double rooms are good size with high ceilings and lots of storage space.
2 dorm rooms share 1 bathroom (4 people), which is nice. The bathrooms are cleaned often. My S spent his freshmen year at Lien and loved it there.

Thanks, it sounds great. When the staff comes in to clean the bathroom do they also have access to the room? If so how do you secure any valuables?

Yes the rooms are secure. When you enter the dorm there is an entryway space that has several shelves for storage and a door to the bathroom and a door to the bedroom. The bedroom door locks. The cleaning person is very nice as I remember, and S really liked her. Parents and soon-to-be WU students will be very pleased with this dorm. Has a large TV room and the laundry room is on the same floor.
