advice? the dual degree program on engineering.

the college i'm going to(LAC) offers a dual-degree program on engineering. cooperated with WUSTL, the program allows students to study 2 years in my college and then study another 2 years in WUSTL 's engineering school. The student will receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from my college after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University.
could anyone tell me sth about engineering in WUSTL? is this program worth attending?
thanks a lot for ur help~!

You might want to ask this on the Pomona forum. Wustl has the same joint engineering program with them as well.

engineering at wustl is ok... BME is clearly a cut above the rest of the department, mainly because it wasn't touched by the gutting/reorganization of the rest of the department... However, they are building a new engineering quad starting this year so maybe by then WUSTL engineering will be amazing. But as of right now... the only thing special about WUSTL engineering is BME; the rest is just average.
