Congrats TMPP. I hope I get accepted. I have my fingers crossed.

Oh and TMPP, did you do anything to show your interest? like write a letter or anything of the sort?

peanutfree: Did he decide to attend? And did he do anything to improve his chances? What about financial aid?

Wow, this is really making me nervous - hearing people receiving calls already. I applied to Olin, which makes my chances even more grim. Crossing my fingers.

to aktiv8d:

i dont think it matters too much whether you applied to olin, if it's any help. im pretty sure any accepted students can transfer back and forth among the arts and sciences, olin, and engineering (tho im not as sure about engineering), so it wont really make much sense to make one school's admissions more stringent than the next's, as students can move around once accepted.

good luck!

RER678: Yes he did decide to attend. Is going to WashU over UofMich-Ann Arbor-LSA honors program. No word on financial aid. The only thing he did was he sent a letter of interest mid-April, his school sent third quarter grades and possibly his counselor may have placed a call on his behalf.
