Does anyone know what immunization shots are required or recommended by Washington University? Additionally, I forgot and reset my password on WebSTAC, but I can't seem to find it in my yahoo email. When I go online to Washington University in St. Louis - Check Your Email to check if it is on the school email, the webmail for engineering school students refuses the ID/password combination that was sent to me by mail. Am I going to the right place?? Thanks in advance for your reponses.

There's a medical form that has to be fillled out online at the Health Services website at Student Health Services - Washington University in St. Louis. The immunizations that are required are at Student Health Services - Washington University in St. Louis


But my d has a different problem - the meningitis form has to be printed and mailed to WUSTL - and she is locked out of the form - cannot access it or print it. She had it on the screen once, but that's it. She called Health Services & asked them to mail it - they don't know how to print it out either !!!

Call and have your webstac & engineering passwords reset - my d had to have it reset twice. Her password would just stop working. Finally it consistently works after being reset several times.

Question about the immunizations- on the link for the required ones, it includes the PPD.

However, on the form, it says it's only required for international students outside of a few countries.

So which is it?

I really, really don't want to have to deal with PPD issues...
