anybody get in from the waitlist?

just wondering... also , do u get an answer if its no or they only tell u if ur in?

well i doubt anyone knows since not everyone who was accepted has replied yet.

I dont know if they tell you they decided not to accept you.

don't you have to commit to other schools if you're on the waitlist at wash u? I mean, there's a very small chance waitlisties will be accepted. I'm about to commit to vanderbilt.

You are absolutely right. If you don’t commit to another school you may end up with nowhere to go in August or September. Good luck with the waitlist, but if you don't get in, have fun at Vanderbilt!

WashU said that it definitely recommends sending a deposit to another school and if they take you off the waitlist, they'll refund you the deposit and notify your previously accepted school that you have been just taken off the list and will attend WashU.

they notify you by phone and i m under EE for engineering
but i think it's pretty easy to change majors at wash u

solobe, if it isnt too personal, did they say if they would offer financial aid? a substantial amount?
