Why must we apply to one WashU school?

I was wondering why applicants apply to one WashU school when we students aren't restricted to studying in just one school. Couldn't you then just apply to the least selective WashU school and when you get there say that you cahnged your mind?

well yes and no. Since each school is looking for different things. I bet statistically the art school would probly be deemed "least selective" but art school officers will look at entirely different things. Even the business school looks for much different things. I really only see the switcheroo as being possible with Enginnering and A&S, but I dont think they are that different in admissions, so you might as well go with the one you want.

ArtSci is a lot harder to get in to than the rest, was my impression. Also, it seems like girls who apply to Engineering have a lot easier time getting $$.
