need blind for international transfers?

Will applying for financial assistance harm my chance of transfer application as an international student?

According to the webpage (International Students), it doesn't say anything about it.....

Hey, I am an int'l transfer student at wash u . I had a huge financial need, but Wash U still admitted me, and then gave me a full scholarship. I don't know whether they are officially needblind or not, but my case shows it is possible! And if you get admitted and are not satisfied with the financial aid package they offer, you can go in and talk to them, they are very friendly and they will do as much as they can to help you if you make it clear you can't afford to enroll. Hope this was useful, if you want more info/help, you can message me.
