Would like to add a bump and update EC's: Tutor 3 hours a week ~30 weeks. Im applying RD!

You're on the bubble, as are so many strong applicants. Some will make it and some won't.
Your GPA and ECs will not bowl them over, so you need to do that with something else, like a really compelling essay.
I think I might actually like your chances more ED than RD.
