test scores, chances

white male, competitive public high school in california
intended business major

ACT 35/35/34/29 (33 composite)
SAT 630/690/710
Math 2C 740
Physics 680

HS GPA ~ 3.92/4.1
all honors/ap classes except band (honors not weighted; weren't allowed to take ap's until junior year)
ap physics - 3
ap computer science ab - 3
3 ap's planned for next year (chemistry, government, and european history).

college GPA ~ 3.89
26 units to date
4 semesters german
2 semesters calculus
10 units planned for the fall (microeconomics, english composition, and calculus 3)

EC's:
4 years marching band, letter earned
3 years jazz band, letter earned
2 years model united nations, numerous awards, vice secretary general
3 years german club, founder, president
3 years environmental club, member

that being said, i have two questions:
1. Should I report all of my test scores, or should I just report the ACT and leave out all the SAT scores as well as the AP results?
2. What are my chances? What probability do you think I might have of getting any academic scholarships (I won't qualify for need-based aid)?

Terrible. You have absolutely no chance in getting into any college. Consider Southwest Tennessee Community COllege as a stretch school.

u'll do fine m8. Don't have a cow. it doesn't matter if u send both SAT and ACT. they'll take the higher of each

Actually I think you look quite borderline, probably a reject. Your SATs are on the low side. The Olin median SAT was over 1500 this year. Submit the ACT, forget the SAT. Your other problem is the lack of leadership posts - this is especially important for business admits. Good luck though. Those AP 3s look a touch weak - you don't have to submit APs. On the other hand if you don't submit them they may assume something worse if your transcript carries AP course titles.
