Chances at WashU Artsci 2010?

I'm planning on applying to WashU's Artsci school this fall, possibly ED I, depending on how my interview there goes next week.

Obligatory stats:

SAT:
CR: 690
Math: 640
Writing: 800
(2130)
I'm retaking them in Nov. & Taking ACTs in Oct.;

GPA: 3.8 (unweighted)
Rank: 30/170 (ouch! top 20%, come onnn classmates!)
AP English Comp: 4
my school offers only 2 other AP classes--one you can only take as a senior, and the other (AP Bio) is in no way relevant to my desire to pursue English.

EC's
Wrestling - 3 years [Academic All-City, Team State, Indiv. Regionals]
Football - 4 years [Academic All-City, Conference Champion]
Student Gov. - Prosecuting Attorney, Secretary
Founder of Fine Arts Club
Tutor for several peers and children
>100 service hours
National Honor Society
Academic Super Bowl - 4 years, Captain of English 3 years
PEERS Project (Youth Outreach Proj.) - Captain
Several published poems/essays
Weightlifting - Lift-a-thon overall strongest, bench press record
several summer jobs
probably some other minor stuff i missed

I'm a really strong essayist, and I have some good teachers and counselors to reccomend me. (as most people)

Does being a jock classify me as a URM? haha..just kidding...but seriously...

and how is WashU's english program?
