Argh! SAT Listening!

My gosh, I just tried to register for an SAT Listening in my country (Singapore), and I found out my country doesn't offer SAT Listening. There goes an easy 800 SAT II score. I have been learning Chinese for the past 12 years so yeah, I can probably score full or near full marks if I could take the test. So in that sense, I can understand why they don't allow Singaporeans to take the Chinese Listening test. However, I do study Japanese on my own, and I cannot even test myself! Argh as a non-science student, I can only take Math II, of which I am incredibly rusty because I learned it all 2 years ago, and Literature, which apparently has a large possible score fluctuation! Here to hoping that I do relatively well in these. Sorry, just felt that I had to rant it out.

Really? I'm in Singapore and many of my friends have taken the SAT with listening, mostly in Spanish but some have probably taken Chinese. Maybe the testing center that you are looking at doesn't offer it... and I think it's only available in November.
