If you can get a 33 or above on your ACT, I'd say you look pretty good for alot of these schools - except Brown, Cornell, and Johns Hopkins will be hard. The others seem like matches though. You have really good ECs, and a good GPA even with a hard course load, the only thing that holds you back is the 1990 SAT. If you don't do as well as expected on the ACT, I'd suggest that you should try to raise the SAT to a 2100, then you'd be perfect for many of these schools. Good luck!

Ivies are high reaches for you, due to your comparatively low gpa and stats. Your ec's aren't "standout" quality either for these schools, but it's always worth giving a shot

I would say that the ivies are all reaches, given the GPA. Carnegie Melon I think is a high match, same with Emory. Tufts is a lower reach. JHU Duke are reaches. Wesleyan is a low reach. The rest. Think are matches or safeties

I'll chance for the ones I know something about..
Brown and Duke are both very high reaches. Georgia Tech is pretty solid i think. Personally I think you have decent chances at Emory, especially if you could get recruited to run for them (although you wouldn't get any scholarships for that).
your EC's are good. you should work on your test scores. Be aware that you'll need to take the writing section of the ACT and you'll need to take some SAT subject tests. the pfizer work looks good, although i wouldn't even mention 30 hours of volunteer work

Your SAT is a rather weak for many of these schools — a 33+ on the ACT should be about right for most of these colleges, however. Some of the higher schools you'd be on the right level for might be Emory and Carnegie Mellon. What work did you do at Pfitzer? If it relates to your intended major then that could help you a fair amount, especially if it's very meaningful to you. I'm not too knowledgeable about the schools on your list, but I hope this helped!
