Does an Associates by senior year look good for ivy leagues?

I am a little worried about my applications for university.

I have plenty of extracurriculars, and good ACT scores, but my GPA suffered from taking University classes (3.8 instead of 4.0 unweighted).

What I'd like to know is if not taking AP classes will effect my chances and if my degree does anything for me. The classes weren't (for the most part) concurrent enrollment.

Thanks for your help.
