What are my chances at UCLA, Johns Hopkins, UCSD...?

I really would love to get accepted to Johns Hopkins, UCLA, or UCSD. All three great schools with great med-school programs. I want to know if you think I could be qualified to be accepted. I just finished my sophomore year in high school and I will be posting letter grades without +/- because they don't count. We work in a 4x4 schedule so that means that I took 4 classes per semester. Grades are quarter grades, and quarters are separated by the comma:
Freshman:
Orchestra:A,A
Alg2/trig Honors: B,B
English Honors: A,A
PE/Health:A,A
Drawing/Design:A,A
Spanish 3: A,A
Orchestra(again): A,A
Biology:A,A
Sophomore: ...
PreCalc Honors: B,B (but it's weighted, so A,A)
Spanish 4: A,B
Orchestra: A,A
AP World: B,B (also weighted, so A,A and got at least a 4 on the test)
AP Calc: C, B (weighted, so B,A and got at least a 4 on the test) (i know, the c is killing me)
Chemistry:A,A
Physics:A,B
English Honors:A,A

And I plan on taking rigorous classes in my junior and senior year and the majority of science courses offered. I'm studying hard for my SAT and know I can get above a 2000. I took the SAT Math II subject and got a 720 but will retake for higher score. Will take Spanish Language and Biology (or Chem?) subject tests in future. Have volunteered over 100 hours at children's hospital and will continue to do so (i want to be a pediatrician!) and am president of a club and am in Key club and a few others. Could this make me a good candidate? My gpa from this year is only 3.44 unweighted but total is 3.6 unweighted. I know I need to bring that up. I have various awards from middle school (which obviously do not count)... but any suggestions and advice is appreciated.

It seems like it would be a medium reach for your schools, but you have time to get everything up. And that C in calc shouldn't be a big deal, because most kids who take that class are upperclassmen so it's great you got to take it so early, I was in geometry sophomore year. But besides that everything seems good. Make sure you have in depth extracurriculars that show off your passions, and do well on the SAT! Good Luck!

I'm thinking biology, because that'll give me a good gateway to med school but it's really competitive getting in with biology...
