Tier 1,Berkeley, Cornell, Harvey Mudd- Most likely you will be denied.
Tier 2,UofM, UT Austin- A good chance, but don't be shocked if you get denied.
Tier 3,Purdue, UIUC, Rose Hulman - Very good chance you will be accepted.

Your underweighted GPA for engineer student is in the 60th percentile. Most high school students who are accepted to Tier 1 schools has 3.9to 4.0 underweighted gpas. Your SAT is considered average for engineer students. But I guess your saving grace are your extra curricular activities.

Best of luck
