Chance a prospective business student please

I'm a rising junior at a good public school in a Dallas suburb. Here are my stats:

UW GPA: 3.68 (bad, freshman year I slacked off terribly)
PSAT: 207 with absolutely no studying, should be NMF level this year
SAT: 2030, once again without studying, should be 2250 by the time I apply
ECs: Varsity football (lettered as a sophomore at consistent top 10 school in state) and golf
Junior year course load: AP Biology
AP US History
PAP Physics
PAP Algebra 2
AP English Language
PAP Spanish 3

These are the schools I'm looking at right now, roughly in preferential order:

1. Penn- Wharton (dream, I'm aware it's quite a bit of a stretch)
2. USC- Marshall
3. NYU- Stern
4. SMU- Cox
5. Pepperdine- Seaver
6. Indiana- Kelley
7. Texas- McCombs
8. Baylor- Hankamer

What do my chances look like for these schools and how can I improve them?

you have good grades, but i think it will be hard for you to get into penn, a little less hard to get into NYU, and hard to get into USC.....but def try for USC cause i know its a good business school. I dont know much about the other ones, you SAT score is really high, or will be.....maybe try the ACT and see if you can do better on that?....if your grades were bad freshman year then colleges wont look at them as much and just look at how much you tried junior year....so, your GPA would be a bit higher if you took out freshman year and colleges will consider that...but i still think the topthree schools are a reach, yet you still have a shot at them...I know someone who interviewed at USC and they didnt necessarily have the grades for it, but in their interview they talked about something they were passionate about and that seemed to impress the interviewr...good luck! im free to help more if u need it.
