Some of your ECs are random, but with your ACT score you have good shot in MIT, but what's your leadership?

Which ECs do you think are random? MUN, spelling bee?

Also I know that my research projects on Pestice Residues and herbal dyes are kind of focused on Biology and Chemistry and not directed towards my Electrical Eng. passion, but I don't think that matters as long as I did research for 3 continuous years.

Also, as per leadership... I run many function of the chapter that my family runs to help underprivilged in India. Over 150 hours I have spent through that organization would count as service, but I took leadership roles in that, so it would also be leadership.

Do you think taking SAT I is necessary?

Something I forgot to add...I was also the lead Alto-Sax player in my band for three years.

Yeah I thought spelling,MUN was random and secure a leadership position for TEAMS, you will be fine then... And since you got a really high ACT score I don't think it matters to take the SAT
