Chances?

My GPA is the only thing that is screwing me over. It is currently at 2.91. I would wish to know the chances, if there are any, of being admitted to the University of Washington Seattle campus next year. I just finished my junior year and will be applying to colleges this fall.

SAT Score:1630
Math:550
Reading:550
Writing: 530

Junior year classes:Computer science 1&2, American Literature 1&2, German(3rd Year), Astronomy, AP US Government, Adv. Algebra, Drawing 1.

Senior year classes: Pre-calculus 1&2, Physics 1&2, AP Computer Science 1&2, College writing, Drawing 2, Comp. Systems 1&2, and Societies of the Future.

Grades have improved from a C average last year to a B average this year.

AP Test Score:
US Government: 4

Sports:
Soccer Sophomore year
Track Junior year

Clubs:
Computer Science
Key Club(Community service club essentially)
R Club(Helping incoming freshmen adjust to high school)

Competitions through school:
Pacific Lutheran University Computer programming competition.

Try to raise your gpa to a 3.0 or 3.2, and try to raise your SAT score to an 1700.
Udub then would be still a reach but a middle reach. So its not impossible.

Be sure to invest some good time in writing your personal statement.
