Chances, good or bad?

Hi! I am going to be a senior in high school in the fall of 2012. This is the time where we seniors catch the cold and are nervous and extremely anxious about college. However, I caught the cold early as I am pretty tense about the whole college thing. My parents want me to get into a below 55 ranked college and I don't know if I can do it. I have a 4.0 GPA and I am in all honors and AP classes. However, I only have a 28 act score as I am not to good with the standardized tests. I don't have community service because after school I have to help at my parents restaurant. This is probably what takes away my studying time for tests, such as the act, because family comes first. They need me to translate and etc etc since they don't speak much English. I do have activities and clus after school such as track and scio fbla etc etc. so I want to know how my chances are of getting into a below 55 college such as U. Of Maryland, Ohio state, nyu, Miami and my chances at an ivy.
