Chances for ND, Stanford, Yale, Brown?

ND is my #1
I'm applying to the first 3 through QuestBridge so I don't know if this would belong in that thread? But in general what do you feel my chances are (if I was just applying RD)?

Hispanic female from a pretty good public school in Southern California, but it's not particularly competitive or anything.
First generation

I plan on majoring in either Psych or Finance

Testing/Grades:
-SAT: 2050 (760 W 650 R 640 M) - not good, especially since a lot of schools just look at R + M, but I think I can break 2200 in October
-SAT II: 790 US History, 690 Lit, 650 Math II (retaking Math/Lit)
-ACT: 31 (retaking as well)
-GPA: 4.62 weighted, 4.0 unweighted
-Rank: My school doesn't do rankings but I am definitely in the top 1% (probably top 3-5 in a class of 500-600)
-AP: 5 on Human Geography, European History, US History, Psychology, Spanish (taking Biology, Calculus AB, US Gov't/Politics, English Lit, and possibly French this year)
-IB: 6 on Psychology SL; I'm a Diploma candidate so I'll be taking Bio, English, and History of the Americas HL; French and Math SL

Extracurriculars:
-ASB (10-12): Vice President (10, 12), Parliamentarian (11, 12)
-California Scholarship Federation (10-12)
-East Meets West Club (10-12)
-Speech and Debate (10, 11, 12?)
-Quidditch Club (11-12)
-French Club (11-12)
-Spanish Club (11-12)
-Gay-Straight Alliance (12)
-Junior Statesmen of America (12)
-National Honor Society (hopefully this year; didn't get in last year probably because I didn't have enough community service)

Awards:
-AP Scholar with Distinction
-National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholar
-National Merit Scholarship Commended (I know I won't make it to semifinalist round)
-Academic Achievement Award (10-12; given to people with 4.0+ GPA)
-Principal's Honor Roll (9-12)
-Most Dedicated ASB Member (11)
-French Student of the Month (9-11)
-Math Student of the Month (11)

Volunteering:
-Centro Rehabilitacion Infantil Teleton (charity in Mexico; I work with physically disabled kids) - 70 hours during the summer
-Church volunteer work - 70 hours
-School Food drive (doesn't sound that important but it's a huge event at my school) - 36 hours
-ArtMiles (UN organization; decorate shoes to send to 3rd world countries) - 12ish hours
-Peer tutoring - 10ish hours (I will be doing a lot more this year)
-Help for Brain Injured Children - local charity, I'm going to start there in a few weeks for my CAS so I'll have ~80 hours by the end of the year

Other Stuff:
1 of 40 selected for Cultural, Racial, and Scientific Discovery Leadership Seminar at ND this summer

Applying to:
-Notre Dame
-Stanford
-Yale
-USC
-Boston College
-Brown
-Williams
-UCLA, UC Berkeley, handful of other UC schools
-Whittier College (backup school)

Sorry this is so long and if you actually respond to this, thanks so much!

Wow, your grades, ECs and APs look very good, however you are right that you need to pull up your SATs or ACTs. I'd say if you could pull up ur SATs a bit USC BC Brown Williams, UC and Whittier would all be good matches. Notre Dame, Stanford, and Yale are very difficult colleges to get into, but they are definitely not too far out of reach

GOOD LUCK
