ECs are solid

UCF: Low match
UMD: High match (could have been a reach if not of the black, in-state status)
BC: Reach
Rochester: Reach
Fordham: High match
UMiami: High match
Temple: Low match
Ohio State: Match
Syracuse: Match
Drexel: Low match
Pittsburgh: Reach

Any safety planned for?

A safety should preferably be test-optional in your case...

I think you would be a perfect match for Temple and Drexel, as well as Fordham and Syracuse.

Can you chance me back?

You definetely have a chance for Drexel and Temple, Syracuse along with legacy could be a match as well. Your improvement over the years will show colleges the type of student you are, so I think you are definetely a great candidate!

I agree with what the others said. Although your SAT scores are low, your ECs will help you. Your upward trend will help as well.

I suggest trying to take the ACT( it seems you did better on that test) one more time to try to improve your scores.
