Although I am very unqualified to speak on the subject, (still in high school) based upon your excellent scores and Gpa, and your very unique background, I do believe that you have great chances for acceptance at any university you apply to. As others have said, I would definitely stress your unique background in your essays. In conclusion, best of Luck!

You've got some nice ECs, as well as good test scores. I'm not quite sure how well an international student fares in comparison to other internationals and US students, but perhaps your ECs and other info can give you an edge.
