Chance me? (Northwestern, Duke, UNC, Syracuse, UPenn, etc.)

Hi everyone! I've used this website for a while now, and it's really helped so far, so I was wondering if you could chance me given this:

ACT- 32 Composite (35 English, 34 Math, 31 Reading, 28 Science, 8 Essay)

Will take Math II and US History Subject Tests in October.

Extracurriculars:

Tae Kwon Do Assistant Instructor (Grades 9 - 12), have taken taekwondo since 6th grade, have 2nd degree black belt, help out 2 to 3 times a week

My schools are:

And two safeties.

And maybe a few more, like Emory or UCLA... anyways, help me out? Thanks a ton!

UNC-Chapel Hill (Applying Early Action) - High Match (SAT is low)
Northwestern - You won't get in with SAT and GPA
Duke - You won't get in with SAT and GPA
UPenn - You won't get in with SAT and GPA
Syracuse - Match

There's nothing particularly "wrong" with your stats, per se. Your SAT is on the low side, but I think your ACT is pretty decent. The problem is that you have no hook. I think that UNC would be a high match; applying early and being in-state will definitely help you out. I think Syracuse and maybe Northwestern are feasible, but Duke and UPenn are reaches (as they are for most people). Best of luck!

Chance a junior for Top 20 (will chance back)

I believe you have a good shot at Duke/Northwestern if you ED.

I think being a first-generation student and Asian will help...I think Northwestern is do-able.

Hi Superbest, i think you have a decent shot at UNC Chapel Hill even tough your scores are a bit low everything else looks good and you are in-state and applying EA so that helps a lot. Duke and UPenn are high reaches, i believe :/, so you show write a killer essay and see what happens. Best of luck.
Chance me back if you can:
Chance a good peruvian, will chance back!
