Chances of Vanderbilt?

I am currently a junior in a rural high school (middle of nowhere so its not the most competitive school) and will most likely apply early decision to Vanderbilt. My GPA is a 4.2 weighted and my course load has been pretty rigorous; I took AP Bio sophomore year (5 on test), as well as honors Algebra II, World literature, Global studies, and college prep Spanish IV. This year I am taking 3 APs, English, U.S. History, and Physics B, and honors Pre calc, and chemistry. Senior year I am going to take AP Calc, AP Chemistry, and honors Anatomy and physiology, computer science and creative writing or mythology. Every year I also took either an art class or a technical class. I am also ranked 12th out of 235 (about top 5%)
PSAT scores ranked me in the top 95 percentile, but I haven't taken the real SATs yet (I know its important, my goal is 2100)
EC:
Member of Model UN, one year
Member of Physics club, one year
Played JV football 2 years,
Varsity Indoor track (3 years when I graduate) Sophomore year I placed 3rd in Class M state championships
Varsity Outdoor track (4 years when I graduate) Attended Class M champion state championships as a freshman, placed 4th as a sophomore and then moved on to State Open championships, where I place 16th (effectively saying I am 16th best in connecticut for my event in high school)
In boy scouts 200+ community service hours
Currently working on Eagle Project (requires 100 hours of work)

Any advice on how I can increase my chances with either trying to improve my academics or my EC would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

What kind of PSAT score would get you at the 95th percentile? 200? 210?

ECs are just fine.

You might have a chance but Vandy is a reach for almost anyone, even in ED.

Vandy likes high scores, higher the better.Look at the common data set for Vandy and you will get a general idea where you stand. If you want CDS data you can go on Vandy site and look a the post," ED at vanderbilt-how mch does it help" by Crmx113 go to post #4.
