What are my chances of getting into Northwestern?

I am currently a sophomore at the University of Connecticut, but I feel lost and unhappy in a big public school. I thought it would get better sophomore year, but it hasn't, so I've decided I want to apply to transfer to my dream school, Northwestern University.

Major: Physiology and Neurobiology, pre-med track
SAT: 2100
ACT: 31
GPA at UConn: 3.0, not great I know, mostly Bs and a few Cs
Extracurriculars: A minimum-wage job for 2 years, a few intramural sports, a few accomplishments from high school that are probably no longer relevant (Future Business Leaders of America, ski team)
Financial aid: I don't necessarily need any, if that'll help my chances

The deadline to apply is March 15, so I have some time to get my GPA up and add extracurriculars. I REALLY want to get in so I hope to considerably bulk up on activities and start getting A's. I could also retake the SAT/ACT, or take some SAT IIs. If I start working a lot harder, do I have a chance?

Very slim (and NWU seems to take transfers only from the set of schools directly below or above)

Yeah I do not think your chances are that high because of your GPA. Maybe look at some other smaller colleges. Good luck!
