I'm doing Early Action for Stanford so that would be nice if you could chance me!
Also applying to USC, UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Berkeley, UCSD Cal Poly Pomona AND SLO

Going in as MechEngineering, want to possibly minor/double in AeroEngineering

Pretty powerful essays written.

PS. For Cal Polys, im sure I'll get in, but do you think there's a chance I could get a 75-100% merit scholarship because im so above average?

Please shorten this post.

I would say that UC's shouldn't be too hard for you.

Stanford is hard for everyone but since your EC's are ridiculously verbose, I can't help.

Stanford - Reach
UC Berkeley - Low Reach
USC - Match/Low Reach
UCLA - Match/Low Reach
Cal Poly SLO - Match
UCSD - Match/High Safety
UC Irvine - Safety
Cal Poly Pomona - Safety

Stanford is a reach for pretty much everyone since admission results are so unpredictable, but you are definitely a strong candidate.

How are you sure you will get into Cal Poly SLO? Admissions for engineering at SLO are pretty competitive. You definitely have a good shot and it would say it is a match, but I wouldn't say it's an "automatic in."

Also, the Cal Poly's don't give very many merit scholarships, especially with the current financial situation. They may give some scholarships by department, but most is need-based. You chances for merit scholarship may be better at Pomona, of course.

Well, while your laundry list of ECs looks impressive, it's probably best to focus on (if you aren't doing so already) a few of them. Colleges look for passion, not that you can dabble in everything without showing any serious commitment.

Grades and test scores look great, along with your class schedule and essays, female engineer is cool too, so I'd say you'd definitely be accepted into USC, UCLA, UCSD, UC Irvine, and Cal Poly. Berkeley doesn't seem so far off either. Stanford? Eh, roll a die.

Stanford's a complete curveball. pretty sure SLO's a safety, and that you'd be fine at most of the UC's

Your resume is longer than mine, and I am 48 (lol). In any event, what comes through from skimming it is that you have performed exceedingly well academically, been active in your community, and done all of this while having to work to earn money. This is impressive. Curriculum = very strong. Should get bump by being female wanting to pursue the sciences.

Ok, here are my guesses. I know Stanford is ridiculously difficult and a reach for everyone. But I think you have a better than 50% shot there and that this isa good use of your SCEA/ED. Stanford loves vals and sals like you, your test scores are solid, curriculum competitive, EC's lengthy (lol; but also impressive).

Only draw back will be lots of students getting into Stanford for eng'g/sciences will have competed in state and national science competitions and/or done serious research either through their magnet school or local university. You have not done that, but you have also not had the opportunity to do that. I think Stanford will see all of your energy (focus on this in essays/application as opposed to just noting all of the things you have done) and in the end I suspect you will be a member of their Class of 2017.

The others are all matches/safeties.
