Penn State Smeal vs Northeastern Business

Northeastern was my top choice last year but sadly i didn't get in, so i'm currently attending Penn State right now as a freshmen. I'm considering reapplying to Northeastern this year as a transfer student depending on a query. I was wondering which school is better in terms of prestige, job recruiting, academics, and just everything in general.

I wonder by how much the Penn State football scandal has affected its job recruiting...

That scandal didn't affect penn state at all.. Job recruitment is currently #1 at penn state but I need opinions on which college is better in terms of everything in general. I'm very desperate for an answer.

No one school is "better in terms of everything in general." Different schools have different advantages; different students are looking for different things. Size, cost and financial aid, location . . . If you want a simplistic answer go look up the ratings.
