^^^ No one here knows what your actual chances are, because that would all depend upon the quality of students applying the same year you'll do. In other words, you'll be competing with your peers and you'll be ranked. That's one reason. Another is, Berkeley's admissions are holistic. But even then, unless your ECs are great, and Personal Statement is superbly done, you have a very slim chance at Berkeley. With (an unweighted) GPA of 3.57 and a combined SAT score og 2200, I think you're still a weak candidate for Berkeley. Maybe, just maybe, if you can score a 2300 (plus an 800 on SAT2) maybe you'll get noticed, and eventually get accepted. But this is just me talking. I still suggest that you apply. You wouldn't really know unless you did it.
