You have good E.C and your gpa is good as well. However as you stated your SAT needs some work. If you can get the too 700+ you will have a better chance at the schools you are applying to. I think you can get into Florida easily and maybe Tufts but the other are reaches.

Scores are a small percentage of your application. They get you in the door, and nothing else. Concern yourself elsewhere. If your focus is on a standardized test, you'll likely miss opportunities to really improve your application (i.e, leadership, fundraising, research projects, etc).

Anyone who tells you that you're in, or out, because of an ACT or SAT score is misguided.

Why not ED2 for Tufts? I'd say u have a great shot, write quirkly creative essays. They like those.

bump- also I visited tufts for diversity weekend and have a tufts alumni writing my letter of recommendation, so that should also help my chances as well.
