uc santa cruz chances with 2240 sat and 2.1 gpa
SAT scores( math 800 reading 750 writing 690) but, I have mediocre grades. I want to major in poli sci and, transfer into uc berkeley a few semesters in. Is this at all plausible?

will they think I'm too lazy or will they give me a chance on academic probation?
