Chances for UCBerkeley, Stanford, UCLA?

Objective:
SAT I: 2250 (M 800, R 720, W 730)
SAT II: Math II 800, Physics 800, Japanese 800
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.9
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): N/A
AP (place score in parenthesis): Calculus AB(5), Calculus BC(5), E&M(5), Mechanics(5), PhysicsB(5), Statistics(5), Japanese(5), Chemistry(4)
Senior Year Course Load: AP Biology, AP Computer Science, AP E&M, AP Mechanics
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): US Physics Olympiad Semifinalist, AME 12 (110), AIME(8), Physics Bowl (top 10), AP National Scholar
Subjective:
Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Science club(Founder&President), Key Club (Founder&President), Math club, Track Varsity team, Cross Country Varsity team, Steel Drum(1 year)
Volunteer/Community service: 120 hours of community service
Summer Activities: Promys
Essays: great
Teacher Recommendation: they talk about my ability of science and math and emphasize that I got highest grades in the AP statistics and AP Calculus BC classes.
Counselor Rec: I don't know about my counselor well, but she highly valued me as an international student.
Other
State (if domestic applicant): CA
School Type: Private school (about 1000?)
Ethnicity: half Iranian and half Japanese. Since I heard that iranian is biologically categorized as a white, I'm double races of white and asian.
Gender: Male
Income Bracket: about 300k
Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): some accomplishments in physics and math, first generation college
General Comments:
I came from Japan to the U.S. two years ago. Since I was studying English in a language school for a year, I couldn't take 10th grade classes but skipped it after I got four 5s in AP exams. So, I have been in high school only for two year, including this year. I took all APs except for Statistics by myself. The reason why I'm taking AP classes which I already took the AP scores, such as E&M and Mechanics, is that I have to get enough credits for graduation by taking some science classes.

I'm going to major in Biology or Physics in a college. Could you recommend some universities famous for their biological or physical research if you think I have chance to be admitted to them?

Reach to Stanford? I've never thought of that!
I'm relieved to hear that UCLA and UCB are match.
Thanks

Your objectives are pretty solid for stanford but I don't see any unique or impressive ECs. They are mostly very common ECs that everyone can do in their high schools. Because u have solid stats, Stanford is worth shooting for with decent essay but it's still a reach.

I thought Stanford was beyond my reach! Since I focused on competitions too much, I didn't pay much attention to ECs. Thank you for your pertinent remark. I will spend the rest of my school year for ECs.

Beside, the admission process is so opaque and unpredictable that some students with perfect objectives and ECs are rejected but others with just solid stats get in to Ivyplus school. Last year, a student from my school got into Princeton only with 2370 superscore, 2 years of orchestra and some math contest participation whereas another student with 2390 SAT, 4 kinds of bands, internship, researches, presidencies of various clubs got rejected by Princeton . So, sometimes ECs do matter and also sometimes they are not effective. Of course, we don't know what essay they wrote but lack of ECs seems to be sometimes overlooked.Good luck.

Reach-for-anyone schools look for a well-rounded entering class as much as they want well-rounded students. That's why "reach-for-anyone" schools are so murky.

To be such a lucky guy, I will try as many Ivy universities as possible. I wish Princeton would do the same thing in my admission!
