| Transfer from Pratt Institute to Boston University
I'm currently a sophomore at Pratt Institute and I'm not happy with the curriculum at all. I rarely get any studio time because almost all of my classes are critiques, so I feel as if I'm not learning much. I'm looking to apply to a university, rather than an art school, because I'd prefer to take a variety of courses and spend time with students outside of my major. I'm applying for Fall 2013, but I'm not sure if I'm at everyone else's level.
HS GPA: 4.2 weighted
College GPA: 3.4
SAT's: 1900
National Honors Society, French National Honors Society, Art show awards, internship, community service, clubs, jobs, etc, etc.
I also have a very strong portfolio, and I'm hoping that will help me get into the art program.
Do I have a shot?
