Chances for schools?

Hi everyone.
I'm a HS Senior and I was wondering my chances for a few schools.
My GPA - 3.4
SAT Score - 1490
570 - CR
480 - Math
440 - Reading
I know my SAT scores are low, very low.
I've been taking advanced classes since 6th grade and my sophomore year schedule was the same to most juniors.
My freshman/sophomore grades are not that great. I went from having an 84 average to a 95 my junior year and my grades should stay around there for my senior year.
I'm taking 2 APs this year - Language and Composition and Statistics
Tons of extra curriculers, part time job since frosh year, i've done 3 musicals, 2 plays, all star cheerleading for 12 years, in a competitive choir group, pres of enviromental club, drama club, started cheer team for school, community service club, bowling team, track team, tennis team, mathlete.
My essay is top notch and my recommendations are from teachers who have had me for plenty of years so they should be good. I also wrote an addition to the commonapp stating why my grades were so low.
I'm also a canidate for the "Say Yes" Program so I would guareenteed almost free tuiton to any SUNY/CUNY school as well as full tuition to Syracuse U.
Syracuse University is my dream school, I applied ED to Newhouse for TV/Radio/Film, I know I'm not going to get accepted but my second choice is VPA communications. I know my grades aren't as good as most accepted but do you think applying ED will give me more of a chance to at least being accepted to VPA?
I'm also applying to
Pace University
SUNY Albany
SUNY Fredonia
UNLV
WVU
Penn State
St. Johns University

My top choices from those are WVU and UNLV
Thank you so much for your time!

Also, I took the ACT in October but I was rushing and realized as I got there that I forgot a calculator which was the literally the dumbest thing I could ever do. But besides that I got a 24 over all
English - 25
Math - 18 (this is so sad because I'm actually good at math)
Reading - 31
Science - 22 (I'm terrible at science)
English/Reading - 24 and 8 on my essay

Take the act again, with a calculator. Then you might have a chance at Syracuse

You are basically me embodied into girl form! I'm from upstate NY too and I was just accepted to UNLV today! If I got in I'm 99.9% sure you will get in as well! Hope to see you there!

@tnoon oh my god that's so funny. I'm actually in Vegas right now, my family lives here and my aunt is a high school counselor so she set up a tour/meeting with admissions Monday. I'm nervous!
