Chance me @ SUNY Plattsburgh

Hello! I recently applied to SUNY Plattsburgh, and I was wondering if someone could chance me. I want to know if I can get into the Nursing major.

HERE'S SOME STATS:
African American-Asian Male
Out of State
3.6 cumulative high school GPA
490 CR, 520 M, 520 W
Top 25% of class (22% to be specific)
~4 years of Language Arts (one honours and one + half AP course)
~4 years of Science (Physics Apps, Biology, Chemistry, Human Anatomy and Physiology)
~4 years of Math (Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra II, Discrete Math)
~3.5 years of Social Studies (World Geo, honours World Hist., US History, Govt.)
~3 years of Spanish
~I also took Art, Business, Culinary Arts, Imaging, Drama, Internship etc. as electives
Have a good amount of awards, some EC, and a decent essay.

CHANCE ME PLEASE! Also, could someone chance me for SUNY Brockport (same major) as well?

Plattsburgh: Low match
Brockport: Match

Perhaps there is a test-optional college that you can attend for nursing... most test-optional colleges that offer nursing are willing to take even 1/2 URM students with a 3.6 GPA.
