Seems like all of these school are targets. Your GPA is a little bit low, but your ACT scores balance that out and you have a decent set of extracurriculars. I would say you'll get accepted to most of those schools with any luck.

GPA would be the only reason why any of these schools turn you down everything else makes up for it.

Hopkins is somewhat of a reach because of the GPA, but your ACT score helps you alot. The rest seem like matches.

GPA is a bit low but other than that you have fairly decent EC's and an impressive ACT score. JHU and Carnegie Mellon are both slight reaches or high matches but everything else should be fine!
