I think you have a good chance at all those schools. They will see you took hard courses and your weighted GPA is 4.0+ so thats really good

Overall, your unweighted GPA seems really weak. Also, your standarize test is also too low for some of the school you want to go.. I think your ACT is stronger than the SAT so why dont you try ACT December for your last shot?? I think if you raise your SAT/ACT score, some of the school like irvine and santa barabra can be high match/ match.
But, your activities look great!!
