A feedback cannot be made without your SAT scores because pretty much all colleges rely on that.

^ He gave the ACT of 32.

GPA is good. ACT is avg for some of your schools, good for others.

    Georgetown
    UMich
    NYU Stern
    USC

    Target:
    Penn State
    BC
    BU
    Fordham
    Villanova

    Good chance:
    Penn State
    Indiana U
    Wake Forest
    Pitt

^ I agree with aeather. I know this isn't really related, but you should definitely apply to less schools. Just pick a couple from each category that aeather outlined. Only going with the several you like the most results in higher quality applications.
