Academics:

Current Junior, Planning on majoring in Philosophy
3.7 Unweighted GPA, 4.2 Weighted
My school doesn't rank
College Prep Private school
ACT: 28 Composite: 31M 28SR 25E
SAT: taken this month so I haven't gotten scores back yet but I feel much more confident about my scores than I did with ACT
Live in NC so UNC would be in state
No AP classes until next year but all honors except english. Next year I will be taking AP Calc AB, APES, AP Phys C
And I am taking two community college courses this summer: Psychology and Statistics

Extra Curriculars :

Head Prefect Committee (only 4 members in entire high school)
3 Years as NBA team's assistant equipment manager
Started my own business working as a real estate photographer for many professional realtors and home builders
Internship with non profit's creative development team
Volunteer biweekly at non profit's creative production team working to produce biweekly events that bring 20,000 people
National Honor Society
Member of Spikeball club that meets 3 times a week on average and select weekends for tournaments
Church Basketball player for two years
Attend a weekly youth group

Letters of Recommendation:

All three teachers love me and one says I'm his best student he's ever had, and the other two absolutely love me. I am fully confident the letters will be great.

Schools I would be interested in:
UNC
Brown
Cornell
UPenn
Wake Forest University
Davidson College
Georgetown
Boston College
Notre Dame
Wheaton College (IL)

Feel free to comment on some or all of the colleges that I mentioned.

Thank you so much for anyone who takes the time to help me!!!

Just going to say it now: your test scores are really low for the Ivy League schools. Probably bottom 10% or lower for most of them. GPA is also below average for these schools. You have some pretty impressive work experiences (the first ones are great from your list), but if you're interested in philosophy, it would be a good idea to show colleges that you are passionate about it through ECs. Your rec letters will help your case a lot, if your teachers advocate for your passion/talent in ways that admissions officers can't already tell from your stats. For the Ivies, you will be competing against other students who have much better grades and test scores than you, with most likely the same quality rec letters, so keep that in mind.

I'd say you have a pretty good chance at some of your other schools, though.

Try to improve your ACT score by at least 3 or 4 points to have a shot at the Ivy Leagues, and getting an even better GPA senior year can help as well. Obviously this will help for the others on your list too.

    As of now:

    UNC: Match?
    Brown,Cornell,UPenn: High Reach
    Wake Forest: Match
    Davidson: Reach
    Georgetown: Reach
    Notre Dame: Reach

    Best of Luck.

Side note: Why are you taking physics C if you are taking calc AB the same year? Students usually need a solid foundation of calculus for Physics C, such as Calc BC.

No AP classes as of Junior year probably puts the rigor of your schedule below average for UNC as well as the others. The ACT score of 28 is about middle 50% for UNC. Honestly I think you should set your sights a bit lower and consider some of the other great schools here in NC such as NC state.
