Hi i am current ga resident and state university student. I am considering transfer to emory , but i am kinda questioning that my stats are enough.
Permanent resident. Immigrants. Probably consider low income. Dad is in other country and mom earns 20k per year. But in america we have 80k in bank

Transfer as a sophomore
Sat:1250(new) I will retake it tho...
Sat math 2 730
Sat foreign language(me as a native language)800
High school:
Weighted:3.86
Un:3.7s
4 ap classes(no credit tho)
No clubs. Volunteer at martial arts place
534 volunteer hours


College:
16 credit hour rn but i will have at least 32 when i be sophomore
Expect:4.0

Major : political science
Essay: will try hard
Rec: get one from my eng prof. And i will get one from my pols prof. If i can

Even i will get denied, i will try again for junior with high gpa

    my school divides colleges into likelies (guaranteed admission), possibles (likely, but difficulty has increased recently), reaches (decent shot, but it's a crapshoot), and far reaches (total crapshoot, but that doesn't mean you won't get in!), so that's what I'll use here.
    Vandy: far reach (Harvard level!)
    Emory: possible
    Syracuse: possible
