What are my chances to ED UPenn, and BSMD programs?

I'm an Asian high school senior.
GPA was a 96.125 weighted,and a 91.583 unweighted
1500 on sat, 760 math 740 reading
760 math 2 subject sat 740 Bio
7 AP classes and scores- Bio (3), physics 1 (3), lang (4), Us history (3), and this year Chem and Calc AB, and self study psych
Though that stuff is somewhat low, I have 150 hours of shadowing in the emergency department ( with letter of reccomendation), 200 hours of volunteering in 2 different hospitals, and EMR and EMT training. (500 hours of medical ec's together)
I led and started a program to pack 300 backpacks with school supplies to underprivileged kids in an urban area near me.
I also helped with dispatches for the Texas Navy volunteers that rescued stranded victims after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston. (not a resume booster I actually felt like I needed to help).
Im also the treasurer for Muslim Student Alliance.
My essays are about a 8/10.
Finally I have 200 hours of teaching special needs kids Arabic in my mosque (volunteering).
