Should've made USAMO last year. I made USAMO in 2010 but then failed an extremely difficult AIME in 2011.

I would discourage applying to "Reach" schools. Really not worth the hassle and disappointment. Targets and Safes offered better money and opportunities anyway.

My grades... Its frustrating. I take honors and AP classes and I get B's, but when I take regulars, I get A's. >.<

My ECs sound so mediocre compared to everyone else here. I wish I was a much more competitive applicant.

Definitely GPA. I didn't have to think about that for any longer than it took to voice the word "grades" in my head. I knew before the page even loaded that the choice would exist and that it would get about 50% of the votes (42.22% - close enough). It's for good reason, too; you CAN change every other factor, even if it's difficult. Your grades are set in stone, and, on top of that, there is little that you can do to make them be seen in a more positive light.

If I could change one thing...(as a parent of a college bound student):

I would never have given the option of the highly priced colleges/universities or for that matter looking way back...costly private high schools...(if I only knew then what I know now)
