| I would re-do...all of it.
I didn't become serious about college until my junior year, so I got on the bandwagon WAY too late. As a senior now, preparing to apply, I've got no volunteer hours, no community service, barely two or three ECCs, and my SAT scores are absolutely abysmal.
Would that I could do it all again... |

| I would DEFINITELY change extracurriculars, join some clubs like FBLA, the school newspaper & get some leadership position, do more volunteer work & basically do more leadership things. |

| my ECs, but I would rather just go to UT because of their auto acceptance than do a bunch of pointless ECs to get into Ivys. I also had a horrible interview at Scripps, but I decided not to apply later anyway. |

| Definetely EC's. I have great test scores and grades (at least in my opinion), but my lame EC's and the fact that I only have a few of them make the better schools slight reaches for me when most other kids with my stats are in because they have done a lot outside of school. My life would be so much easier if I had just done some volunteer work and tried running for office for a club or two...oh well. |

| ECs, probably (unless my grades suddenly divebomb : ) I never joined a sport until junior year because I always thought I wasn't atheletic enough... but next year I'll be on the varisty team. I hate that colleges will probably see me as someone who started a sport just to put it on their college apps, because that wasn't my intention at all : ( |

| i wouldn't change much, because everything i'm in, I enjoy. if anything, i'd change myself so that i would do a little less but with more community service. but, all in all, i'm happy. 4.56 weighted gpa, 2290 SAT, 780 math level 2, 760 ush, 720 chem, prez of nhs, drama (25 hrs/wk), etc, etc.
i do wish i could write better. |

| i would definitely change my GPA. I wish I had cared more about my freshman/sophomore grades. I relied too much on the reputation of my school as difficult, but I don't know how far that will carry me. We'll see when December rolls around. |
