because college admissions is a crapshoot...colleges don't have enough space to admit every single acceptable candidate

I already know that my biggest push was my work at the State House and the letter my representative wrote in explaination. Definitely a guy that views and manages all six-sides of the cube, which is why people don't mind me leading so many things.

I forgot to add that I was an Environmental & Sustainability Prefect this year leading the campus-wide energy conservation contest. That was afull-time second semester job.

But since it was second semester...it never made my application, but that doesn't bother me. I didn't do it for college anyways.

My main activity was creating my own bakery. It took up most of my time, but was definitely my passion.

I don't have any club positions or community service...I just followed what I enjoyed best. Go Yalies!

Started it with a bunch of friends. Got business license from one of the parents. I've been working there for about 4 years. We've hired regular staff.

jimbob1225, are you making fun of me?

Yeah, I would never reject an Eagle Scout with your statistics, that commenation says a lot, something that the UC Admissions won't see with their number system, but hey their loss.

Go Stanford!!! That's oneup for us, and one miss for Cal (Cardinal doesn't flaunt like gold, we just take it in stride )

I am also suprised with the Berkeley decision. You are a great applicant and I hope you have a great time at the amazing school of Stanford.
