i might as well do this, seeing as how i am now graduated (finally), and i've wanted to post my final results for the longest time. i'll make it relatively short and sweet:

Ethnicity/Gender: Asian/F
Unweighted GPA: 4.0 (maybe around 3.9 if you count first-semester senior year grades)
Weighted GPA: uhh 4.3ish?

SAT-
CR: 690, Writ: 750, Math: 760
SATII-
Bio(M): 710, Lit: 730, Math: 800, Physics: 610 (pathetic i know, but hey, i don't care - i got into college.)

Extracurriculars - I did stuff.
Honors/Awards - I won some things here and there.
Recommendations - Uh...good I guess? I never read them, but all my recs were from teachers/administrators who liked me, so I'm going to guess that they were at least alright?
Essays - Pretty good, especially considering that I did all of them last minute :]

Acceptances:
UC's (Irvine, Davis, SD, LA, Berkeley)
Privates - Scripps, UChicago
Waitlisted:
Pomona :[

hopefully my stats give someone hope. see, you can be average too and be okay!

Caucasian Male-NY

My stats

2090 SAT(m720, cr670, w700)
93 GPA UW
SAT Subject- French 760, Math II 690

EC's were pretty decent.
The most important one that I elaborated on was debate in my essays.

Schools Accepted: Pace University(attending/18k scholarship), Northwestern, BC, Fordham(10k), St. Johns, Wagner
Schools Rejected or Waitlisted: NYU Stern RD, Georgetown McDonough, UPenn Wharton ED

Majoring in Finance

Will attempt to transfer again into NYU but into CAS and if that doesnt work Im just going to transfer into Fordham.

I know the choice I made was dumb but I made it because of financial reasons and I hope to attend a top law school in the future.

Comments
Not anywhere near as prestigious as most of the other posts, but I killed my GPA freshman and sophomore year by slacking off. The 2 in studio art is a killer, only because of the money put into developing the portfolio for it. I'm in love with Simmons, so I'm really excited about the fall.
