All reaches except Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, and Northwestern which are, respectively, a match, a high match, a high match, and a high match. I suggest you take a look at some other very good, but somewhat less selective schools. Here's a few you might want to consider:

Georgia Technical Institute
Case Western Reserve
University of Michigan
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

I think your GPA is too low for HYP and other schools of that caliber. Have you taken the toughest courseload?
