Will they care a lot about the two C's?(they were both 79.3~4 T_T)

Before anything else, take the SAT I. you're not likely to get in to most of those schools if you don't have an SAT I score. In fact, I believe UCLA requires it (I'm from CA and most of the colleges here do, but I could be wrong)
