I'd say you're definitely in at Colby. I have a friend who had very similary stats and she was admitted. Middlebury and Vassar may be reaches. Try to work on your SATs! Other than that, you should be fine!

Thanks....yea I decided to not take the SATs over because I wanted to focus on college Apps, and my college counselor said that my GPA, Rigor and Extracurrics outweighed my so-so SAT scores

Tscogrady, I don't think your SATs are bad at all. I think you are in at both SUNYS, Dickinson, Muhlenberg, Gettysburg, and Franklin & Marshall and I wouldn't be surprised if you got into some of the others. Best of luck!

I think you have a good shot at Bates (SAT optional). Plus: Bates makes an effort to meet demonstrated need.

Did you interview at Bates? Colby? Both schools attach significant weight to the interview.

Yes, I interviewed at Bates, Colby, Hamilton, Dickinson, F&M, and Muhlenberg. Vassar and Midd interviews will be happening soon!

So no chance at Middlebury or Vassar?

my college officer (who tells it like it is) says that my beastly GPA/ rigor/extracurrics HIGHLY outweighs my sat scores (which still fit in the 25%-75% ranges of every school including middlebury)

don't submit sat 1's to middlebury...your sat 2's are solid, just use 3

Reach for Midd and Vassar; match for Colby, Dickinson, Hamilton; in at the rest.
