hopeless? save me!!!

Hi! <3
I'm a female asian from Canada.
Well, to be more specific, I'm a Korean student(Intl.) studying in Canada. I have been studying in Canada since the second term of gr.8
(I don't know why I am mentioning ethnicity but everyone else does..so...)

I don't have any official scores because I haven't took any SAT tests yet, but I am planning to take SAT2 BIO this January.
(And hopefully SAT1 in June)

I know that it's hard to see the chances of acceptance without my official scores, but can you still tell me how I am doing?
I really want to go to the states for my university, but I feel hopeless sometimes. Please tell me my chances!

GPA:
gr.9 92% - probably around 3.7~3.8
gr.10 94% - 3.8~3.9
gr.11 96%(progress report) - 4.0 finally got all 90s!
my school does not rank
(but i am really worried because the class size is extremely small)

Awards/Achievements:

Gr.9
- Pascal contest(math): top mark in school
- Fryer contest(math): gold medal
- school honor roll
- CPR level A
- Math top mark

Gr.10
- Cayley(math): top mark in school
- Galoise(math): bronze medal
- winner of school logo designing contest
- school honor roll
- CPR level A
- Math, Art, Spanish top mark

Gr.11(current grade)
-wrote a math contest(results are not out)
planning to take 2 more math contests
-designed a logo for math club
-school honor roll
-CPR level A
-Math, Art top mark

EC:
Student council (gr.11 rep, possibly treasure or vice prez next year?)

Math club (gr.9-12; we don't have positions)

School play (gr.9-12; head of finance, designed the poster, made the program)

Yearbook Club (gr.9-12; layout& writing)

Classics Conference (gr.9-12; fundraising co-ordinator, possibly vice prez next year?)

Running Club (gr.9-12)

School choir (gr. 10-12)

Canadian Independent school Music Festival (gr.10-12; senior choir)

Geo Challenge (gr.10-12; organizer)

Spanish club (gr.10-12; organizer)

International day organizer (gr.11-12)

etc. (I have a few more unimportant ones...)

Volunteer work:
Church altarserver (gr.9-12)
Canadian Cancer Society (gr.10-likely to continue till gr.12)--but this one I only do it 2-4 times a year
Refugee center (gr.11-12; 3 hours a week)
Peer tutor (gr.10-12)
Translation (gr.10-11)
*probably over 300hours by the time i graduate?

Work Experience
Private tutor (gr.11)
Translation for a politician (gr.10)

that's all.. I know.. so little compared to other people.

I am most likely going into business/economics
If I get good SAT scores (at least 2100 and hopefully over), which schools can I go to? (please list a few in order of best to worst)

we'll its kind of hard to say, considering you havn't got your SAT scores back yet. I would think your extra curriculars are pretty strong to any college, and your average is obveously really high. However, your average eventually is weighted, as some schools inflate their grades, so a 96% at your high school might end up being a 90% at another ect.Good luck!
