I like seeing other people's opinions though I stopped caring back in ninth grade after I got my first C....

probably in at Olin, CMU, RPI, Rutgers, and UofIll, however, GPA is low...that might hurt a bit.

MIT is also very possible, seeing as how you are an URM who is obviously exceptional at math (35 math ACT, and 800 Math II).

Brown is quite a reach, but again, being an URM will help a lot.

your extra curriculars are a bit lacking in terms of community service...probably will hurt you. GPA is also a bit low.
I'd say that MIT is a bit of a reach even though you're really good in math. I knew a guy, indian, who had a 1600 (old) SAT and only 1 B in his entire high school career and got rejected from MIT.

Not sure about the others.
