| Apply for FA if you're truly going to need it.
Don't apply for it if you think you're not going to need it.
There are no two ways about it.
Don't try to intertwine admissions with FA. You wouldn't want to graduate college with a $2,00,000 debt, would you? |

| Alright, so not there are 7 need-blind schools: HYPM, Dartmouth, Middlebury, Williams... This is really depressing. I mean, not even Stanford and UofC offer need-blind admission for int'ls... In fact, UofC doesn't even let you apply EA if you're an int'l asking FinAid |

it all depends on how much you are going to receive and how rich the shcool is |

| I would suggest checking out International Student Exchange & Study Abroad Resource Center if you're applying as an international student.
Indeed... there are only 7 schools need-blind to international students. Applying for financial aid in any of the other schools will affect your chances, but naturally, this depends per student and how much aid you are applying for.
It may be a good idea to contact individual colleges if the information isn't already on their homepage... Each college is different! |
